How do I book a service? Please fill out an inquiry form at the bottom of the page to have us reach out to you to confirm service. For home drop-ins, we offer a free meet and greet. After we agree on a service, we accept Zelle or can invoice via Paypal.

What is your service area? For overnight boarding and doggy daycare, our sitter is located in Spring off of Kuykendahl and Highway 99. For walking, home drop-ins and bathing, we service Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands and Conroe and would possibly travel further for an additional fee. Please reach out to confirm.

What is you cancellation policy? After payment is received and confirmation of your appointment via your preferred method of contact, you may cancel your appointment with a full refund at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, there will be absolutely no refunds given as this takes up a sitter's time and we are unable to fill your spot quickly. If you have paid prior to your consult and appointment confirmation, if we are unable to accommodate your request, a full refund will be given.

Do you have an additional fee for holiday bookings? Yes, a fee of $20 will be added to all holiday bookings for all services except Doggy Daycare (which is a $10 fee per dog). If you book multiple appointments on said holiday (ex: three drop-in visits on July 4th) there will be only a single extra fee of $20.

What precautions do you take to ensure the safety of our pets? With the consult prior to your appointment confirmation, we gather information from you about your pet. If we feel like we cannot accommodate your pets specific needs and/or behaviors, we will issue a full refund. We take your pet and our personal safety seriously and use our best judgement and our 20+ years of experience when taking care of your pet. We treat them just as we would our own to ensure their safety and security.

Do you offer meet and greets prior to appointment? Yes, we can usually accommodate this depending on the sitter's schedule, availability and timing of appointment. Please mention to your designated sitter during the consult to work out logistics.

How is your sitter's overnight and doggy daycare home set up and where is it located? Our sitter's home is located in Spring off of Kuykendahl and Highway 99. There is plenty of space inside as well as a fenced in yard. Our sitter does have their own dog and there may be other dogs being serviced at the same time as your pet as well. Your pet must be dog, men and child friendly as well as crate trained and you must have proof of current rabies and bordetella vaccines. When we reach out to consult with you prior to your appointment confirmation please make sure to let us know any particulars about your animal including things we need to watch out for (ex: dog will chase after squirrels, does not like to be approached by children, might run after other dogs, is good at escaping out the front door, etc.) so we are aware and can get ahead of these issues.
